講者: 崔偉健,土木工程師,LECM 屋宇結構廳主管
工作經驗:為澳門公共工程提供結構材料方面,結構慨念以及施工方案之技術意見。負責屋宇結構廳轄下檢測中心的工作開展及管理: 包括屋宇及結構檢測中心、橋樑及結構檢測中心及滲漏檢測中心。澳門規範修訂及編制的顧問服務;如供排水規章修訂,公共工程工程量計算方法及指引、公共工程工程量清單編制指引、公共工程技術指引。Choi Wai Kin, Civil Engineer, Head of Buildings and Structures Department, LECM – Civil Engineering Laboratory of Macau. 2005 – Master Degree of Civil Engineering Major, University of Macau, Faculty of Science and Technology. Working Experience:Responsible for preparing technical comments on structural materials, structural concepts and constuction method statments for public projects in Macau; Responsible for the work development and management of the inspection centers under the department, including Building and Structures Inspection Center, Bridge and Structures Inspection Center and Leakage Inspection Center;
Consultancy service on revision or preparation of Macau Codes, such as RADARM revision, Guideline of Standard Measurement Method for Public Projects, Guideline of Bill of Quantity Preparation for Public Projects, General Technical Specification for Public Projects.
