 Mr. John Lam – JLT Macau Manager

John is currently working in a specialist insurance advisory team of JLT advising contractors for their insurance arrangements.  He started his current job in 1988 and his major job then was handling insurances for international contractors for the Airport Core Program.  This involved in-depth analysis of contract conditions and the related insurance arrangements.

He is a graduate of the Chinese University of HK and associated member of Chartered Insurance Institute of UK.  He was part time lecturer at the Open University of Hong Kong.

He is the insurance advisor to banks on City of Dreams, Wynn and Macau Studio City and as such is in a good position to share his experience with contract administrators on some of the insurance issues found in complicated contracts.

Some of his involved famous projects are Airport Core Program, Western Harbor Crossing, Penny's Bay Reclamation and Container Terminal no. 8 and 9. Recently he is working in Macau for projects like Grand Lisboa, MGM and City of Dreams.
