曾可鈞，材料工程師，澳門土木工程實驗室建築材料廳, 2007年取得台北科技大學工學學士（材料與資源工程）,2013年取得英國華威大學理學碩士（供應鏈與物流管理）。
工作經驗：台灣友達光電股份有限公司工程師、台灣台灣環境管理協會助理工程師、澳門土木工程實驗室材料工程師、負責澳門混凝土用河砂鹼骨料活性研究項目工作、負責輕軌一期氹仔段-環境監控項目工作、擔任澳門地區混凝土產業技術審核員、擔任澳門地區進口水泥產品技術審核員、負責開發與監督建築材料之測試程序。

Tseng Ker-Chiun, Material Engineer of Construction Materials Department, LECM – Civil Engineering Laboratory of Macau. 2007 – Bachelor of Science, National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. 2013 - Master of Science, University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom. 
Working Experience: AU Optronics (AUO) Co., Ltd., Hsinchu, Taiwan, Engineer、Taiwan Environmental Management Association, Taipei, Taiwan, Project Engineer、Material Engineer, Construction Material Division 


(LECM): Responsible for the research on alkali silica reaction river sand for concrete in Macau、Responsible for the assets and workers management of cementitious material laboratory、Responsible for the management and verification of cementitious material testing.  Responsible for the conformity of concrete and cement products and factories in Mainland, Macau and Japan、Responsible for the establishment and modification of Macau construction related regulations、Responsible for the environmental monitoring project of Macau LRT.
