講者1 介紹 : 陳潤發 Louis CHAN Yun Fat
陳先生在基建項目超過二十五年的經驗後，經驗尤為突出，曾負責基建工程的可行性研究，詳細設計，現場督導及調試，涉及多個設施，包括泵站，水務,污水處理廠，管道和排水設施。 陳先生的學歷及專業資格如下：
Having over 25 years post-chartered experience in infrastructure projects, Mr. Chan’s experience is particularly eminent, having undertaken the feasibility study, detailed-design, site supervision and commissioning for the infrastructure projects involving wide range of facilities in particular pumping stations, water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines and drainage facilities. The following are the academic and professional qualification of Mr. Chan’:-
