講師資料：

Sr Paul Wong is the Past President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and 

Past Chairman of the HKIS (Quantity Surveying Division). Paul has over 35 years of 

experience in the construction industry, working with both consultants and contractors 

since 1988. He is a Fellow member of the HKIS with 33 years of post-qualification experience. 

Since 1998, he has built a robust portfolio of contract administration related experience 

(including experience in claim assessment, variation valuation, dispute resolution and

 construction litigation, including providing related advice). Over these years, he has 

also developed significant experience in preparing/assessing contractual claims relating

 to construction contracts.

As a Registered Professional Surveyor (QS), a Registered Construction Manager, 

an Authorised Signatory (RGBC) and a qualified member of various professional institutes, 

Paul is a multi-disciplinary professional with extensive expertise in quantity surveying, 

contract administration, and project management. His experience spans a variety of 

new and A&A projects (including residential, commercial, industrial, hotel and institutional 

projects) in Hong Kong and Macau.

With a wealth of experience in construction contract administration, Paul currently serves as 

the Director of his consulting firm, Paul Wong & Associates Ltd.
